| Kutani-yaki, a traditional craft recognized by the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry, celebrates 360 years since the opening of the Kutani kiln. Kutani-yaki was exhibited at the Paris World Exposition and became famous throughout the world as Japan*Kutani, and has been collected by famous museums around the world, including the British Museum and the Louvre. Characterized by a pleasantly rough feel! This glass, characterized by its rough texture, is made by a method called yakishime. It has the highest water absorbency of all shochu rocks glasses, making it the easiest to feel the rich flavor of shochu. The natural texture of the clay can be felt on the surface of the glass. *The surface of the glass has a natural clay feel to it, and it does not have a sticky feel, so you can use it without any discomfort when you hold it. A rocks glass for drinking shochu. We have focused on a straight drinking spout to make shochu taste good, and we have used a shochu clay characteristic of the Wagama kiln, so you can enjoy a mellower taste. The glass itself is made thicker, so it has excellent heat-keeping* and cold-keeping effects. The exterior of the glass has a simple, calm form and natural colors.
