●品質へのこだわりを、一部ご紹介いたします●
・紙へのこだわり
本文紙は、強く、なめらかな書き具合、にじまない、裏写りしない紙を、毎年紙の抄造毎に製紙メーカーとスペックを確認し、そのスペックにあった紙を厳選して使用しています。 また表紙と本文を繋ぐ「見返し紙・羽根紙」も、開閉テスト（10000回以上でも破損しない）に適合する紙を使用しています。
・品質生産へのこだわり
品質は工程でつくり込むを基本とした生産体制を確立しています。 設備にカメラセンサー・重量センサー等の各種センサーを設置し、加工と検査を一体化し検査しながら生産し、乱丁や落丁品を市場に出さない生産体制をとっています。 また、全数ロット管理ができるように、手帳本文背の部分に製造ロットをインクジェット印刷を施し管理しています。
・環境へのこだわり
工場は、工場立地法規遵守は勿論のこと、完全防音壁構造となっており、大切な資源である「紙」は、全断裁機に「切り屑回収装置」を装備し、工場併設回収設備へ全て自動回収しリサイクル化を行っています。 また、有害物質についても安全データシート（SDS:Safety Data Sheet）により管理し、手帳の背固めや表紙との接着に使用する接着剤は、トルエン・キシレン・フタル酸といった環境負荷物質を一切含まない水溶性の接着剤を使用し、環境・安全にもこだわっています。

・Commitment to paper
The main paper is strong, has smooth writing, does not bleed, and does not bleed through. Every year, we check the specifications with the paper manufacturer and carefully select paper that meets the specifications. In addition, the endpaper and feather paper that connects the cover and the main text are made of paper that has passed the opening/closing test (no damage even after being opened and closed more than 10,000 times).
・Commitment to quality production
We have established a production system based on building quality into the process. We have installed various sensors such as camera sensors and weight sensors in our equipment, integrated processing and inspection, and have a production system that does not release misprinted or missing items to the market. In addition, in order to be able to manage all lots, we print the production lots on the back of the notebook body using inkjet printing.
・Commitment to the environment
In addition to complying with factory location regulations, the factory has a completely soundproof wall structure, and all paper cutting machines are equipped with a ``swarf recovery device'' to handle paper, which is an important resource. Everything is automatically collected and recycled. In addition, hazardous substances are managed using Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and the adhesive used to stiffen the back of the notebook and adhere it to the cover does not contain any environmentally hazardous substances such as toluene, xylene, or phthalate. We use water-soluble adhesives and are particular about safety and the environment.
